What we run
A hog problem and a hog hunt are the same animal seen from two sides of a fence. Hunters want a night they will talk about for a year. Landowners want the rooting to stop before harvest. We do both, and one funds the other.

The math nobody on your fence line wants
Feral hogs are not a wildlife problem you wait out. They are an invasive species with a reproduction curve that beats almost anything you can throw at them, and Texas carries more of them than any state in the country.
A sow can breed at six months old and drop two litters a year, five to ten pigs at a time. Run that forward on a quarter section of good bottom ground and a nuisance becomes a crisis in about eighteen months.
By the numbers
That last number is the whole story. Take out half the hogs on your place and you have not slowed anything down. That is why casual weekend hunting never fixes an infestation, and why we run removal as a program instead of an event.
What it looks like on the ground
Hogs root for protein. That means they flip sod, tear seedlings out by the row, wallow out tank dams, bust irrigation risers and turn a level hay meadow into equipment damage waiting to happen. They come back to the same field until either the food or the hogs are gone.

Damage repeats and compounds. The sounder grows through two farrowing cycles, neighbors inherit the overflow, and next season starts with more hogs than this one ended with.
Loss carries forward
A season abatement contract on a property this size typically runs in the low four figures, and takes the resident group off in the first two to three nights on the ground. The spread between those two columns is the entire pitch.

Most of our hunting ground sits 60 to 90 minutes from Fort Worth, out where the cross timbers break into mesquite and river bottom. You can leave Dallas after work and be on a thermal at dark.

Farm pest control
Shooting two hogs out of a group of fourteen does one thing reliably: it teaches the other twelve to work at night and avoid your bait. Educated hogs are twice the job. We set up to take the whole family group in one drop.
The program
Free property visit. We map rooting, trails, wallows, water and entry points, and put a number on what the damage is actually costing you per season.
Cellular cameras on the fields they are hitting, seven to fourteen days. We count the sounder and learn the hours they move before anybody sets foot in the field at night.
A coordinated thermal crew moves in on the group on their schedule, positioned to remove the entire sounder in one pass. No partial jobs, no educating the survivors.
Return nights on the lone boars and the wary singles that break off from the group. We keep coming until the property is quiet.
Written removal counts, photos and a damage map after every set, plus a maintenance schedule so the neighbors' hogs do not simply move into the vacancy.

Hunts run on the ranch country around Dallas Fort Worth. Farm pest control runs wherever there is a crop worth protecting, which puts most of our night crews in East Texas and the small towns on the edge of the metroplex.
Hunters come from Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and Denton. The ground sits west and south in Parker, Palo Pinto, Jack, Wise, Hood, Erath, Johnson, Ellis, Navarro and Kaufman counties.

Straight answers
Take the whole sounder at once. Feral hogs live in family groups, and taking a few members teaches the rest to go nocturnal and quit the field you need them out of. The sequence that works is watch the property on cameras for one to two weeks, learn the group size and the hours they move, then bring in a coordinated thermal crew and remove the entire group in a single pass. Return nights handle the boars and the wary singles. We do the removal ourselves and we leave nothing behind on your place.

Day hunts start at $325 per gun. Thermal night hunts are $495 per gun for a five hour window with optics provided. The overnight ranch package is $1,450 for up to four hunters and includes lodging, an evening and a morning hunt. No lease or membership.
Depends on the ground. Where a property supports a hunt schedule, we will often work the damage at no cost in exchange for access. Where the crop loss is heavy, the timeline is tight, or the land does not hunt well, we run a paid abatement contract with a set removal target and monthly reporting. The property walk is free either way.
Property walks usually happen within a week. Once a contract is signed, cameras go up within a few days and the first removal night follows the survey. During planting and harvest we prioritize standing crop.
Texas does not require a hunting license to take feral hogs on private property when you have the landowner's authority, and depredation situations carry their own provisions. Hunters can keep and process what they harvest, and we coordinate cooler drop and processing. On abatement contracts, removals are handled and documented in line with state requirements for the property.
